Sessions

Zen Wellness Academy offers empowering and goal-oriented 55-minute coaching sessions to help clients learn coping skills, improve their overall wellness, and achieve long-term success in the areas of addiction, health and fitness, life purpose / life transition, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) workshop, relationship discernment, spiritual connection, and weight loss or weight management.

For those unable to meet in person, different types of coaching sessions are available, as phone, skype, or walk-and-talk sessions.
